The heart of FLAMES in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Florida consists of three Beowulf cluster computers:

ELMO: 26 Pentium Pentium 4 nodes running at 2.4GHz (January 2003)

JUNO: 82 Pentium 4 nodes runnig at 3.0GHz (May 2004)

ATHENA: 132 Pentium 4 nodes running at 3.2GHz (Spetember 2005)
